FTO No Objection Certificate Application System is an AAI initiative to streamline and expedite process of obtaining No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Air Traffic Management Point of View from Airports Authority of India which is a pre-requite for any applicant to establish Flight training Institute across India in accordance with DGCA CAR Section 7, Series D, Part 1 and extant DGCA guidelines.
